Lease automation

Compliant leases, signed on-screen

A Consumer Protection Act–compliant, POPIA-compliant residential lease your tenant reads and signs electronically — section by section, initialled per page, with declarations ticked and signatures drawn on screen. You countersign only once the tenant has signed and paid.
